Policyholders can manage all aspects of their Progressive RV insurance policy online via the website. Payments can also be made over the phone and in-person. The claims process can be initiated from your online account, or via telephone (as well as by meeting with your local agent). Detailed below is the sign in/registration process, how to log in on a mobile device, and how to initiate a claim online.
Step 1 – On the homepage, hover over the ‘Login’ button in the upper-right corner of the page, and then click the button as outlined in the image below.
Step 2 – Enter your user ID and password into the input fields. If you do not know your username or password, refer to the below instructions.
Note: Check the box next to the ‘Save User ID’ field if you are using a personal computer and do not wish to sign in to your account every time you use the website.
Forgot Password – Click the link directly under the ‘Log In’ button (outlined in the screenshot) to begin the password reset/username recovery process.
You will be transferred to the recovery page, follow the on-page instructions to reset your password/recover your user ID.
Step 1 – On the login page, click the ‘Register Your Policy’ link. You will be transferred to the account creation form.
Step 2 – You have the option of entering your policy number (which can be found on your insurance card, or your policy documentation/billing), OR your driver’s license number and state. Press the ‘Continue’ button at the bottom of the page to move on to the next step of the registration process.
Step 1 – Go to the homepage (https://progressive.com) via your device’s mobile browser.
Step 2 – Click the ‘Log In’ link as outlined in the image below.
Step 3 – Enter your user ID and password.
Note: You may be prompted to provide identity/user verification details in order to access your account (for security purposes).

Note: You can also call 1-800-274-4499, or visit the nearest agent. It is highly recommended to report your claim as soon as possible.
Step 2 – For security reasons, you must be logged in to your account in order to report a claim online. Sign in by clicking the ‘Log In’ link (outlined in the below screenshot). A complete overview of the claims process can be viewed here.
