AIG student insurance policyholders and providers can both access plan/policy, claims, and premium information online via the Educational Market’s website. Student policyholders can print out ID cards, view policy coverage details, and more by signing in to their online account. If you’re a student and have not yet created an online account, learn how to register by following the ‘Enroll’ guide below. Claims information can also be accessed by signing in to your account.
How to Log In
Step 1 – Go to the Educational Market’s homepage by clicking here (the link opens in a separate browser window/tab).
Step 2 – Click the ‘Find Your Institution’ link near the top of the page, or select your state from the drop-down list (both options outlined below).
Step 3 – After selecting your state, select your college/school. You will be transferred to your school’s main login page.
Step 4 – Press the ‘Click Here’ link.
Step 5 – Enter your email address and password into the input fields, and click the ‘Sign On’ button to access your account.
Forgot Password – Press the ‘Reset Password’ link on the sign-in form page. Enter your school ID and email address, and then hit ‘Reset Password.’
Enroll in Online Access
Step 1 – Go to your school’s login page, and then press the ‘Set up new account’ link on the left side of the page.
Step 2 – Select your academic year from the drop-down list. Enter your student ID number, last name, date of birth, and email address. Create a password for your account, and then click ‘Create Account’ to finish the registration process.
Make a Claim
Step 1 – On the Educational Market’s homepage, hover over the ‘Our Services’ link in the menu, and then select which type of claim form you want to download/view (K-12 or accident medical).
Step 2 – To view claim updates, sign in to your account.
