ACE auto insurance customers can view their policy details, manage billing, make payments, locate agents and brokers, and follow up on claims by setting up an online account. Below is a step by step process for setting up an account, logging in, making payments and filing claims.
How to Log In
Step 1 – Go to the website (http://www.acegroup.com/us-en/).
Step 2 – Hover your cursor over the “for individuals and families” link on the main menu. On the drop-down menu that appears, click on “home, auto, valuables & liability insurance”.
Step 3 – On the next page, locate the login form on the right hand side of your screen as shown below. Enter your username and password, and then click “Login”.
Forgot Username – If you have forgotten your username, click on “username” below the login form. You will be required to enter your email address and click “submit” to recover it.
Forgot Password – If you have forgotten your password, you can rest it by clicking on “password” under the login form. You will be required to enter your username and email address.
Enroll in Online Access
Step 1 – On the homepage, hover your cursor over the “for individuals and families” link as shown below. Click on “home, auto, valuables & liability insurance” to proceed.
Step 2 – Click on the “Register for access” link as shown below.
Step 3 – Before you start, make sure you have your most recent billing statement or policy summary. Fill in the registration form as required. You will be required to enter your name and email address. Select a username and password, and then set up 3 security questions. Click “next” to proceed.
Step 4 – Choose policy summary or billing statement. Click Continue.
Step 5 – Enter your billing statement or policy summary information and click on “Complete Registration”.
Step 1 – Go to the homepage. Place your cursor over the “for individuals and families” link. Click on “Policyholder Center”.
Step 2 – Click on “Pay My Bill” as shown below.
Step 3 – On the next page, click on the “Quick Payment Site” link.
Step 4 – Enter your account number and zip code. Click “Next” and provide all required details until you have paid.
