Viking Insurance is an independent agency, meaning that if you want to make a payment towards your policy or access your plan online you will need to go to your actual carrier’s login/payment site in order to do so. Luckily, Viking has links to all of its carrier’s login/payment pages listed on its website (view the instructions posted in the sections below for more details). Although you cannot directly access your policy via the Viking site, you can request changes to your policy and request another copy of your ID card (more details posted below).

How to Make a Payment

Step 1 – Go to the homepage and move your mouse/cursor over the “Support” menu link.

Step 2 – Click the “payments/claims” link to go to the main list of login links.

Step 3 – Scroll down to find your carrier, and then press the “Payments” link. You will be transferred to your carrier’s payment/login page.

File a Claim

Step 1 – In order to file a claim with your carrier you must get in touch with your agent, or (if possible) report the claim online via your carrier’s website.

Step 2 – To find out of your carrier has an online claim reporting tool go to this page, and then click the “Claim Information” link underneath your carrier.

Policy Changes

Step 1 – Hover over the “Support” link in the main menu and then select which type of policy change you want to request (add driver, add vehicle, ID card request).

Step 2 – After clicking the link you will be transferred to the online form page. Fill out all of the required sections of the form and then click the submit button at the bottom of the page.

Step 3 – After your request has been processed you will be notified by a representative/agent.
