Pay your Allstate renters insurance bill online, over the phone, or through standard mail. Numerous online policy management tools are available for registered policyholders, more information regarding online account services can be viewed on this page. Below is a detailed overview of how to sign in to your account, enroll in online access, and make a payment without logging in.
Step 1 – Start on the homepage (click the ‘Login’ link above), press the ‘My Account Login’ tab as outlined below.
Step 2 – The login form will generate below the main menu, enter your user ID and password into the input fields, and then click the ‘Log In’ button.
Note: You may be required to verify your identity before being given access to your account.
Forgot Password – Click the ‘Forgot Password?’ link as outlined below. You will be transferred to the password retrieval page. You must enter your user ID, and then answer the security question in order to have your password emailed to you.
Step 1 – On the homepage, click the ‘Create an Account’ link (located to the right of the ‘Log In’ button).
Step 2 – The account registration page will load. Enter your personal information (first/last name, date of birth, last four digits of SSN, policy number), and then click the ‘Next’ button. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the enrollment process.
Step 1 – Go to the ‘Quick Pay‘ page.
Step 2 – Enter the policy number, the last name of the policyholder, and ZIP code into the input fields. Agree to the terms & conditions (check the box), and then click ‘Next.’ On the next page you will enter your payment information, and then confirm your payment.

Step 1 – You can report a claim online, over the phone (1-800-255-7828), or in-person at a local office. In order to submit a claim online, you must log in to your account.
