Access your Aflac life insurance policy by following the login guide below. If you’re a policyholder but do not have an online account, follow the enrollment guide to learn how to register your policy online. Benefits of having an account include online claim reporting tools, and 24/7 access to policy information.
Step 1 – Start by going to the main individual insurance page.
Step 2 – Click the ‘Login’ link in the upper-right corner and then select ‘Individual.’
Step 3 – Enter your username and password into the sign-in form to access your account.
Forgot Password – On the main individual sign-in page, press the ‘Forgot Password’ link. Enter your user ID and then hit ‘Submit.’ You will be mailed a password reset link to the email address associated with your account.
Step 1 – Press the ‘Register Now’ link on the main sign-in page.
Step 2 – Enter your policy number and click ‘Submit.’
Step 3 – Follow the on-screen instructions, providing any required information, in order to create your new account.
You can file a claim online by signing in to your account, or through fax/postal mail (go to the claims page to review filing options). You can also call 1-800-992-3522 to initiate the claims process over the phone with an Aflac claims specialist.
